I’m not too sure, but from what it seems, he was tricked into believing he had a kid and possibly even that he was with her? Idk the chapter with him saying he “doesn’t have memories with that lady” was kinda confusing lol.
even if the girl did trick him, how long was he with FL for him to believe it was possible that he was the dad?? If psycho over here was with FL longer than 9 months then he 100% cheated! so why does he want to get back with someone he couldnt even stay faithful to?
