I wasn't happy about the BDSM in this story or how it was handled either, but ultimately, there was a safe word. I did rage at this chapter too tho
One of the things I didn't like is that Ash depends so much on how much love Lyle has for him, and so everything he do to him will be acceptable.. Even the safe word is not safe for Lyle.. I mean it's not easy for him to say it!
In all It's not playing fair and sorta abusive.. Forcing words to be said using this method was a mistake.
