Well technically yes... When someone has a latent tendency to represent as an omega, if that person is exposed into a dominant or hyper dominant alpha's pheromone for a long time... They'll eventually present as omega... But if they're not exposed to alpha pheromones then the chances of them presenting as an omega is close to none... That's the gist I got from reading all these mangas and novels... I maybe wrong thought
