First time line she don't have a pover but becouse the time turned back she get the pover of hope. Acording the spoilers i read once she healed her brother, but in the pre time line she killed by the demon who controlled the og fl because lily can kill that demon. sorry for the late answer. They didn't write done, but i think the answer is the childhood. There was a time skip where the brother went for her and, she went back with him in the first country where they lived. When the time skip end, she is grow up
But it would make sense if her powers have something to do with time considering she went back after her death. Also makes sense why the symptoms are so punishing. Time isn't something you should be able to manipulate. Makes you closer to being a god with an ability to change things if used right.
