I understand why though. he was already in a bad mood and then he sees dan, who he is worrying for so much, blatantly disregard the doctors advice which they both know is dangerous. It wasnt an appropriate reaction but i understand why he was so mad

I totally agree! I actually really loved that scene because Jaekyung actually felt like a person with emotions. This entire chapter actually. It also acknowledges that Dan's actions and sad maiden act isn't okay. (Well, not to dismiss his emotions, but those people are just that frustrating. Like they want someone else to help, but also get angry when they do. Idk) The entire story could've been so interesting if the pacing was perfect. Like, I don't really believe Dan's alcoholism because he was only away for 2 months(?) That doesn't feel long enough to be in the state he's in.

Imagine if it was a year. Makes sense for Jaekyung to come to realize he needs Dan and is unable to make a comeback without him. In turn, he's experiencing the consequences of his actions and what happens when your just a complete douche. It's also enough time for Dan to really fear for his grandma dying and being alone. Enough time for his sleep walking condition to develope and become as severe as it is.

Like, I don't hate all the manhwa's ideas, just the execution of it is so wonky and unestablished, it's difficult to read it. I do look forward to next chapter, though. :>

(Also completely unintentionally replied to two of your comments. Lol oops)

YESSS EXACTLY !! I wish more people could see that Dan's actions are also not OK to some extent. Obviously not comparable to Jaekyung's but i really loved seeing the nuance we got to see in jaekyung's character when it annoyed him

For sure! It's so refreshing to see an actually interesting part to this story. It's the first time I ever felt on Jaekyung's side, too. Lol A very rare moment where he didn't feel irrational and was relatable to me. I've definitely said or did things out of frustration of other people before. So much so I felt ashamed and guilty, but also torn because I don't think I was completely in the wrong. That's why these things are so interesting. It's not black and white, but GRAY. Mega gray.

That's also why I really liked the first few chapters where Jaekyung had ulterior motives in spite of saving Dan from the loan sharks. Like, clearly the attempted rape he was probably disgusted with because he has some semblance of morals, but not that much morality that he isn't going to use this to his own benefit a little. He didn't comfort Dan, but he beat up the loan sharks. It's like just barely enough to make you wonder about his standpoint. I'm happy to see it come back again.
