This is my take too. The author plays too much with the plot twists every chapter so it’s hard to tell, who knows what will happen next chapter lol

Technically, we don't know how much time passed in-between when teach was there and when Guwon was in the bathroom! It might have been way after the teacher left!
Yeah! Also realized when re-reading that up till this point, we've never seen what Guwon does in the evening. We've only seen him after showering when teach went to his house earlier in the comic. The vomiting seemed pretty routine for him.
Ok shock aside, I wonder if him vomitting is just routine for him maybe possibly probably at least part zombie like he just can't digest the food. Also wondering if him hyping himself up in the mirror is just what he does because he didn't really have anyone else to talk to until teach showed up since teach is the only one willing to be close to him. It would line up with him crying when teach said that he was truthfully scared of Guwon （￣へ￣）
