Yes ik Kim dan is in a bad state, but Jaekyung literally just done what a desperate fucker would do. Making Kim Dan go see a doctor, running around and literally getting on a boat without permission to check if it was Kim Dan. He realized he won't live without Kim Dan, just like jiwon from bj Alex (same author). That's what the author is going for, and most of the readers are aware of it, yet they still complain. That's why I had to step up, not trying to be a fuckin nerd here, but it is what it is + if jaekyung really didn't care about Kim dan, he wouldn't done crazy shit like living beside him and taking him to Seoul just to go see a doctor. He probably would've just continued living on IF he didn't care.

I'm not defending jaekyung here, but some of the comments are mad bc jaekyung is expressing a SLIGHT (i said slight) of worry. Jaekyung literally just hugged Kim Dan bc he realized smth within his emotions, but the readers still complained. We all know Jaekyung did something very wrong in the past, so can we just pls wait for him to be better and repay for all his wrong doings?

I said, slowly turning into a green flag. I'm pointing out where he felt worried about him, not just because of the fucking hug. At least he regretted it after he realized he pushed him earlier, unlike before that he didn't give a damn care. I'm pointing out the start of his maturity, THE BEGINNING of his character development. That's literally what's gonna happen, Jaekyung really is going to be a green flag and chase after Kim Dan in the end, so why yall disagreeing?? Yes, this isn't how you treat someone who's in a critical state, but it's Jaekyung, so what did you expect? Kim Dan literally became drunk even tho the doctor said not to. Did yall expect Jaekyung to just scold him calmly? He's already done worse in the past. Plus, he's STILL at the beginning of his character development. He STILL gotta learn.

I am fully aware of Kim Dan's alcoholic addiction, and it is OBVIOUSLY DANGEROUS for Kim Dan's or anyone's mental health. It will take a long time to cure/stop Kim Dan's addiction, but he should also be aware of his own addiction, knowing that he still has his own sick grandma to take care of. Kim Dan also works in a hospital, and Jaekyung is wiling to help Kim Dan (grandma asked Jaekyung to help Kim dan before) Even tho Jaekyung is very, very, very bitchy about it, atleast he feels concerned, he just doesn't know how to act properly with his heart. And a hug is already a big hint of affection & proving how scencere the person is.
