Yes, but it's very light. I mean he has a goal, that goal shows who he is, while trying to atain that goak he met a girl, which he likes and he tells her that ate some point but he knows they just met, so he doesn't force his feelings on her, but all this is very rarelly shown, the main focus of the story keeps being his goal, although I do think this love he has for her might change the MC's personality a bit, he's very through and kills people very easilly, but he might become less impulsive so that he can stand by her, that's my opinion, hope I didn't give you too much spoiler. She's a martial artist too, so even with romance
