Omegaverse is not a fixed concept. Every author makes their own spin on it
It depends on the story, it could be anything. I even saw at least one story where everybody (even alphas) could get pregnant. And they could also not have children at all, not all omegaverses have them.
As for female alphas, in some stories they have a penis, in some they have a clitoris that can enlarge, in some it's not mentioned so I assume they could have nothing 'male-like' at all.
So yes there are infinite possibilities based on the world-building
Sooo I'm very curious how a top omega and a bottom alpha build a family? Because in Kiraide Isasete, the daughter is an alpha, and the guy she likes is an omega. This is different from Love is an Illusion tho, the girl does not have penis(I think?). So, a female alpha who does not have a penis and a male omega. How does it work???
