I’m not sensing any clear romance, I mean it’s obvious that she has a crush on him. However, Ijin isn’t socially or emotionally aware (?) enough to peep or reciprocate her feelings at the moment.

Not really. The blush part is less than 1% of the story. It's ultra rare tbh. She doesn't appear often too since Ijin too busy beating pips

Well, Ijin did say that he is undeserving of loving someone, so he mostly hasn't even given romance a thought
Rarely, she really only pops up when he’s at school or with his friend group. But she doesn’t bother him really, also it’s like her first time having real friends…you don’t really see her blushing much either.
To all the readers till latest chapter, does it have any romance? Like that high school girl classmate, is she the fl? Tbh I don't like her and I remember dropping this long ago cause of the typical, damsel in distress and mc saving stuff, and if she is not the fl, does any other annoying female character appear? Please tell me I wana read this but just thinking about any potential romance spoils my mood.(TT)
Oh yeah it's not like I totally hate fl characters in shounen, but U know ahhhh I don't know how to say I will give an example, I like the fl from return to player, fr, so I hope their is no misunderstanding like I hate female lol
