are they even real siblings? I dont remember if this part was even discussed in the earlier chapters . idk why the mother and sister always keep bossing cheong around

has anyone figured out what the deal with her is ...? ive never been so confused about a character's role or their story. like, why do they sedate her, why is she so obsessed with him, why does he put up with it but also not really, i just really hope the author doesnt leave her as a loose end, especially when she's SUCH a glaring item in the story
