Well said. Life does suck and we know it's because of his feelings for Jaekyung, however, people forget that the ENTIRE town was trying to keep Danny from harms way BEFORE Jaekyung showed up.

Jae has shown to respect his elder (seniors), and for them to put themselves through whatever just to keep Dan safe would piss him off. Then of course finding him just to lose him indefinitely.

I think its a heavy dependency on others. Jaekyung is annoying at times, but I don't think he's the worse .
Seriously guys? I'm not a JK hater either but him being in contact with Dan is what is making Dan worst rn. He really need to change behaviour before he gets the right to be frustrated . And yeah he was like that before JK came to the village but that's still JK's fault. Also alcoholism is a disease and not a rational behaviour, being angry and lash out on an alcoholic person for not being rational doesn't make sense and will not make them better. Maybe stopping treating them like shit could be a start.
Dan drinking isn't the problem here it's the symptom.
Dan went to the doctor. Doctor tells Dan in front of Jae no drinking and eat well. Dan drinks twice while Jae isn't looking. I'd say that's a valid reason to be upset. Last time he walked into the ocean and nearly drowned had it not been for Jae.
No one disagrees that Jae's presence isn't adding to the stress, we all agree and see it. However is pretty much the only able body to take care of Dan. So a blessing and a curse.
Oh the satisfaction I felt when he splashed water on Dan. Kim Dan needs to get his shit together. If not for himself then his grandmother and all these other people looking out for him.
