I hope this arc just ends already. I am so done with this drama. Sure, Rindo is kind but he has absolutely no sense of boundary with other people. He is in a committed relationship with someone else now and it makes sense to have some form of boundary with other people because he knows his partner is insecure about this particular person.
While Yanagi's wife wanted to resolve her issues with Yanagi by trapping them together, it's still incredibly shitty to put someone in a situation where they are stuck with someone and unknowingly trying to mend their personal issues and relationship. She isn't the worst person ever but what she did was selfish and childish. Don't drag other people into your relationship issues. Your relationship isn't Rindo and Amane's responsibility.
Two things can be true at once. They aren't the worst people on the planet but they are definitely extremely childish and selfish.
