1) Saying "we can't say jk is trash" when Jaekyung has done nothing except treating Dan like trash is extremely biased. I myself love Jaekyung as a character, but I can't ignore what litteraly happened: Jaekyung has always been coercive, agressive towards Dan, and often crossed the line of sexual assault. Dan has been overwhelmed, scared, and deeply uncomfortable because of Jaekyung and has repeatedly showed emotional distress, confusion, and guilt. Jaekyung never cared about this, never allowed any space for open communication nor care despite all the shit Dan went through. Because of this, Dan went through some serious mental rot: imagine one of your deepest human connection being with someone who uses your body and mocks your emotions. Liking and praising Jaekyung without aknowledging all the harm he's done is extremely biased and delusional.
2) Dan didn't fall in love with Jaekyung because he was merely 'pathetic' as you so kindly put it. Dan has been isolated, desperate most of his life. He was beaten up by loan sharks and the most important person for him was almost dying. Dan fell in love with Jaekyung out of emotional dependency.
3) Saying “ugh he fell in love because someone was nice” just shows you can't be bothered to empathize with Dan. And that's why you think people are dumb for empathizing with him. People sympathize with characters because of their experiences: Dan's struggles are relatable. We don't care about him only because he's the MC wtf? Would he have been a irrelevant background character, I still would've felt sad for him. If you look at what Dan has been through and still can’t give him a shred of understanding, that just shows you either are emotionally detached, or projecting your frustration on him. It seems you love to hate on Dan. But kicking someone who’s already crawling out of hell doesn’t make you insightful, it makes you mean. Saying someone is a 'pathetic naive loser' can be relevant in some situations, but here you're just being contrarian and mean.
4) Dan is NOT replaceable. You explain it very well yourself: Jaekyung had put boundaries related to his jinx and wasn't in love with Dan. So why in hell do you think Dan is replaceable when Jaekyung keeps saying himself that he isn't? If Jaekyung didn’t need or want him on some level, Dan would’ve been gone ages ago.
5) Your conclusion is such a hypocritical fallacy that proves nothing. "No offense but Dan is a piece of shit while Jaekyung doesn't deserve the hate" is basically the core of your argument. You have the right to over-identify with Jaekyung, but pretending you're being fair makes you look like a fool.
