hollering. here’s this man who usually acts out on his anger (*like he did again in the beginning of the chapter), acting out on a different emotion for once. what if that’s the point of all this? to show how jk is an emotional man?
because in ch 59, I suspect he acted out on instinct to save a drowning person, but then what if as he approached and saw it was dan everything changed. or because it was dan that’s why he acted out on instinct? same case here.
this man was jumping on search boats at the chance of seeing dan, or to get info if he perished out at sea. I saw some twt theories that the cloudy blob in jk’s eye is dan. idk. either way, this is still something. a crumb of something.
I think after that lunch, jk drove back to the town with the intention of ending things with dan because he needs to train for the match. and tho he himself is unsure of returning back to the ring, he was gonna do it because ufc over everything. but then the foot prints.
where do we go from here? I wonder what mingwa’s gonna do for the next chapter? how is jk gonna justify himself after his emotions settle? what could he possibly say to dan? I can’t picture him running away in embarrassment, but what if he like pulls dan away from him after like I—
maybe he spirals entirely. OR what if this is where we hit the climax of jaekyung and dan’s relationship? because what if jk expresses to dan his worry and concern for him and his well-being, as a person, not a tool for his jinx and dan’s like so what? and then jk’s like you told me you love me one time. and dan’s like well I don’t anymore… or something like that?? idk idk.
what I do know, after writing countless paragraphs on this story, I’m here for the long haul and I’m seeing this shit through. period. 10 days of waiting starting now...
