The part with Takatora going to his first Ex's wedding, and him meeting Arisaka and his new boyfriend at the wedding. I am not sure what they were talking about though.

Ch.11 is right after Takatora's ex wedding. He meets up with the other Omegas, meets Arisaka for the first time in years as well as his bf. They leave, we see Takatora's relationship with Kameyama is not going very well, Kameyama is sort of avoiding him. At the meet up we get a better look at Oozume (the big guy Omega) who was also Karasuma's ex before he manifested as Omega. We realise he's not in a good place, especially now that Karasuma who he obviously still loves got married. He's also havinf huge identity issues trying to appear more Omega like and feminine, wearing feminine clothes, makeup, jewlery and having his nails done, but he's failing miserably. We can tell he's alone and no one is into him. He's trying out dating apps. Then there is a bit of a time gap, a week or so. Takatora is down town thinking how Kameyama is avoiding him then sees a drunk guy harasing Oozume who's dressed in a skirt and high heels wearing makeup. He's humiliating him about his appearance, while he's sitting down, head down in shame and not responding. Takatora interveens, then takes Oozume away while asking him if he's been stood up which is probably what happened. He tells him to come with him. That's ot so far. So ch.12 should be the really interesting part.

Yeah, I figured it wouldn't to go well. Takatora brought up wanting to have kids before he even dated Kameyama too, and he didn't seem all too content when Kamemiya said "everything is perfect as it is right now", or something along those lines. Takatora seemed like he would go along with not having kids since Kameyama doesnt want to, but it didn't seem like it was exactly what he invisioned for his own future.
Also Taketora with Oozume sounds like an interesting dynamic, I'm looking forward to reading it!

Man I read it too and that chapter was soooo short!! I couldn't believe it and ended up purchasing on two different websites I've seen parts of chapter 12 the author shared on her twitter and pixiv sketch and was so surprised that the bulk of its supposed to be chapter 12 not 11 T_T anyways super excited to see the oosuzume and takatora interaction
I hope he will accept that he is an omega at the end.. i'm not asking him to love an alpha by the means accepting himself as an omega but accepting himself of who he really is.. he is still in denial.. like his having sex with his omega friend to satisfy his ego that he can still make an omega scream under him.. there's nothing wrong about liking an omega but i want him to like someone truthfully.. and i really hope he like his omega friend..
