Both are same. Up to s2 (most probably) it was shounen ai then later it had 18+ scenes. That is why there is two version here.

U can actually just read the non mature version if you want the plot only....the mature version only start after season 2 so..you have to first read non mature version upto season 1 and then jump to mature version(if you want the yaoi part)
