Is it just me or the chapter arrangement seem to be messed up at chapter 19 and so on? Or is it just the manhwa cutting content from the novel?

It's just that chapter 19 feels so disconnected to chapter 18. Like, it is such a sudden change

There numbers for the chapters is wrong and there is a chapter missing. I found the chapter on another site.
