It's 1995 but everything looks so modern, I guess the world doesn't change much

You’re talking like 1995 is 1950 30 years isn’t that long ago

30 years isn't that long ago, but the world ( culturally/ architecturally/ technologically/ fashion even education is really different to how it is now.

But in the webtoon the fashion and architecture feels very modern, that's what I mean

I mean like the webtoons written to depict the 2020s and this one to depict 1995 looks the same to me
