I get people getting mad at Nana's choice of what to do after he thought Mitsu didn't really like him, but to see Mitsu think "well he stopped sending me messages so he must be over me ig" got me TWEAKING. You have been ignoring those messages for a week, plus asking your friends to hide you on campus-- how the FUCK are you blaming Nana for not contacting you? Seriously, I understand this is a "no one's to blame/they're equally to blame" but the way Mitsu handled things really had me furious. Nana's conclusion that Mitsu might not like him made some sense-- after all, he was happy to confessed to, which might not mean much but at least there is some substance there -- and I can see how a teenager would try to gauge their partners reaction with a "should we break up?" kind of line, so yk I really have nothing against Nana. Meanwhile, however, Mitsu keeps assuming the wildest shit the entire time from thin fucking air. Like. Dawg. Be so fr. I really can't hold Mitsu in high regards when he is actively the one putting himself through so much misery. If you're going to cry over the fact Nana didn't talk to you, then respond to ONE of the 5+ messages where he says he wants to talk to you.

Anyways, sorry for the rant. I just really don't understand how there aren't more people mad at Mitsu rather than Nana. Like, yeah he's kinda "pushy", but he only pushes as far as he's allowed, he says multiple times that he'll stop if Mitsu ever says "no" (and then keeps his word and stops)-- and at least he had the balls to try to reach out to Mitsu to get their relationship going again

Bottom line is, this IS a good read, both main characters are really cute, and they do have chemistry. But the misunderstanding in this one is really vexing, so, I guess it's important to be mentally prepared going into it.
... the sex was really hot too so it helped lol
