Its either multiple personality disorder or he's not a human

Oohhhh can you imagine both?? Or he's sharing his body with a non-human entity and it surfaced in the last scene?

As someone who has multiple personality disorders and bipolar disorders this ain't it I don't think he has it my therapist said it manifest in every way for different people I guess
