Like do they also have ovary and uterus laying dormant into their body that gradually changes when they get pregnant?????
They go through heat cycle
I think heat cycle is maybe the ovulation period where they have the most chances of getting pregnant, same as rut for alphas.

nature is biased towards men i feel like male omegas might not menstruate if they were real
it might be similar to real life like with those rare women who aren't born with uteruses. they don't menstruate or have natural births because they don't have a traditional vagina. when they have babies, it has to be via c-section. not saying this is a one-to-one comparison, of course. men and women are different, but it might be similar.
Now i am even more curious about female alphas having a menstrual cycle. They don't give birth (that is what ik). Do they still have a uterus and all?

Okay. Not related to this but, if male omegas can get pregnant does that me they go through a menstural cycle too?
