Yeah like first time honest mistake but how is she going to say why doesnt he just park somewhere else and not follow her own advice.
I really don't get the lasy why is she still parking here he owns the building so any parking spot that he says is his is his. I don't think he's rude for that it could only be if they had this spot in the rental agreement but i don't think that's the case.
