They're saying that he COULD be a zombie or not; we as the audience have no idea what's going on with him and they're only speculating.

It's not confirmed yet. It's just hinted that he's not fully human and might be at least part undead.

I don't think he's a zombie..he has nothing in common with them..sure he is not human ..I mean, he's huge and has those marks on his hands his eyes colour ect...maybe he was the result of some experiment...idk we will know in the next chps

I did not say he is a zombie, he is obviously not, i think as well they experimented on him , because at the start of the webtoon they say how they first thought they are gonna transform this into immortality. They experimented with zombie genes and trying to get a superhuman that is stronger and does not die and that is Guwon. In my opinion ofc.
