I agree! I think he is sick because of his condition and not because of the kiss! He seems flattered by it even. I think the author is using misdirects (a ton of them) so I will choose to trust them with their relationship. I think the problem will come from the outside.
In the mirror he keeps telling himself he is a nice good guy. Safe to say he is disgusted by MC but feels it is bad to reject him…

Chap available here, acc reading it I feel he's more innocent than I thought though obviously still hiding something, and the being sick thing may have actually been a while after the kiss, so can still be a misdirect though I don't think guwon really likes teach in the same way yet, or at least as much as teach likes him, he's kind of just going along with it rn??
