If this is the case, why was Iheon kinda still a bitch when they went back into their real life at the auction. Was it because he was upset that he went back to when he was a asshole and he was like “ well since he’s gonna think I’m an asshole anyway might as well continue to be one” but then when he realized that he could be different, he was like let me be different actually….???
I think it was mentioned that he didnt recognize or per say remember early on that they went back again and have the memories of the current timeline. It was only later that he was able to remember the fact that he went in the story and believe that this huimin is the different version.

That’s obviously not true, I personally think the Huimin in the “book” really died but sent the Huimin irl in the book because he knows the book content because it doesn’t explain how Huimin doesn’t know about his past life if he died in the book because he should remember the drawing he drew right but clearly not. So only Iheon remembered but the Huimin in the real life probably went into the book instead of the real Huimin.

The reason he doesn't know about himself writing the book is because he went through trauma and had to get his memories back. That's the whole reason why Iheons pheromones aren't stable be use Huimin didn't fully remember his life because of his trauma.
OK, OK OK OK so wait.. so when they died together, they both went into the story that Huimin drew. And then, at some point for no particular reason, they both went back into their real life where the story begins for us??? am I getting this correct?
