the ml is NOT pyo guwon. the ml was decapitated and brought back to life by someone who stitched on someone else's head--pyo guwon. it would explain the stitches on his neck (though he doesn't have two skin tones above or below his neck, but maybe they thought that would be too obvious? LMAO). it would also explain why he doesn't have any memories because he no longer has the head that stored them. i can't help but remember that when we first meet guwon, only his head was shrouded in shadows, right above the neck. jinwoo also states in a previous chapter that his body was ice cold. just like a corpse would be.
a lot of people thought guwon was talking to himself in the mirror. i don't think so! he was talking to pyo guwon, the man of the head HE stole.

i think it would absolutely insane if jinwoo (with his subconscious homicidal intent) had killed the original pyo guwon. and no one knows because jinwoo doesn't have his memories and the frankenstein guwon has taken over his body. maybe the original guwon is still conscious in there. maybe he was the one who made frankenstein guwon throw up because he had just kissed his murderer LMAO IDKKK
i guess i'll wait for the moment jinwoo and guwon are having an intimate moment together and guwon's body moves against his own will
