pretty sure its some shady stuff. from flashbacks and nightmares that he tian has its clear that hes traumatized by violence he's seen as a child being around his brother. he cheng even says "didn't you always hate the idea of turning into someone like me" when he tian says he wanted to krill she li. implying that he cheng may have done something similar. def shady, most probable answer is mafia.

I hate to think they are criminals ): but unfortunately it seems so... and He Tian doesn't want to be like him and get involved in whatever they are doing, in chapter 348 when He Tian had a little argument with his brother that he said to him that he's a cold-blooded ruthless tool who obeys his father's commands, and his brother tells him you'll understand later... so I think will know the reason behind why they do what they do in further chapters...
and that shi li chapters, his brother saying that might imply that he did kill people himself in the past..? Will know when we get to that arc T__T
it's heavily implied that his brother has killed people or at least hurt them in their line of business. honestly id like to think that he tian started his own business away from that like he's saying, he just ran away from both his family and mo for that time. so he could make his own money without relying on his criminal family, to support himself and mo.
Honestly they haven't mentioned anything or any dialogue about them killing people or explicitly say what they do. They did hurt people, that they showed us, but we didn't go further than that. (or it's just me I don't wanna accept it because I like He Cheng Y__Y)
I really hope that He Tian started his own business too, but I feel like the chances are slim. He did made a deal with his brother and I believe his brother helped him. plus, his brother giving him a car and an apartment...etc and He Tian accepting it is in itself kinda wrong, since all of this came from dirty money.
Does anybody have any theories about what He Tian's family actually do? Yeah they have this Mafia vibe but we still didn't get anything of what they do, and this horrendous amount of wealth! Is it legal or is it from some shady business, drugs.. etc. I hope not but it's hard not to imagine that it's not shady from all the extravagance we have seen. I'm looking forward to that arc when the author breaks it down for us. And another thing that I'm confused about is what does Jian Yi have to do with He Tian's family and what is the connection, from what we got, it looks like the grandfather of Jian Yi is the boss of this cooperation? I don't know what to call it. soo... any theories?
