Your logic has a lot of flaws because first, Kwon Jiwook didn't remember what he did to Park Juyeon because of an accident and Park Juyeon didn't tell him that he raped him when they were young during the unceasing tortures. Second, how about other rapists who raped Park Juyeon along with Kwon Jiwook? They didn't get any punishment for their wrongdoings. Third, how about those rapists who raped Kwon Jiwook despite him doing nothing to them? They didn't get any consequences for their actions either.
