he finds out it wasn’t a dream in chap 47-48, but i think you’re confusing it with when the mc sent a pic of himself at the airport with his sister in the background but the ml didn’t know that and thought he went with some girl on vacation so when mc met up with the ml, ml had this mental breakdown and was crying and abruptly left but mc chose to chase after him and explain to him that it was his sister in the background and he’s the one he love, it was love at first sight (Chaps 32-34). Thats when they started dating and so toward the end they cleared up all the misunderstanding and let out their feelings.
