it’s more on how they portray the slave character. in these stories they glamorize nobles and dehumanize poor people.
ngl i don’t like it when stories make the ‘slave’ of a ruined kingdom or something the bad guy. i mean guy i really don’t like eclis but honestly felt really bad for him in the beginning, i think it’s just sad
