Hello, years ago maybe 10 or so I read manga about seme who has twin brother. The uke liked the seme since he was little boy, but the seme thought he liked his twin because he always called him niisan. One day the seme kissed the uke while he was sleeping and the uke rejected him because he thought it was his twin, which he didn't like romantic. The seme misunderstood this as disliking him. Then they confessed to each other and they lived happily.
