its not true ,i am arab and i study history ,the same names that we use today were used before but before they used to call you by your name and your fathers name and grandpas name and your great grandpa example : ali ibn mohamed ibn alaa ibn abd al aziz ibn abd al kader (not a real name but the names i chose are the most commen ) plus its true a shit ton of arabs are muslims
