I heard the vampire is the top, but since there were no explicite scenes, was it confirmed by the author?

the raws i saw were the same pace as mangago, so honestly, idk where the vampire top came from. still hoping the vampire is the top though

in the comments on n3wt0ki there's someone who put some hashtags in there (I think it is from the original source ???) and theres a hashtag saying the vamp tops the older guy
