Made by a black man iirc but it's very bizarre so I wouldn't recommend it if you're uncomfortable with "ecchi" or gross out humour. Still worth a look at as I believe it's one of the first Japanese manga made by a foreigner.

Haven't read it because it's a bit male gaze, but I'm pretty sure it's your typical fantasy shounen but with a black MC.
It hasn't been translated yet, but Hanbun Kyoudai is about the struggles of two mixed-race siblings in Japan. If you can read Japanese or are fine with reading raws I'd say it's worth checking out.
