Yeah also ML wanting to take FL away when we all know girlie is uneducated and will be financially dependent. She doesn't really have any option. The happy ending is her continuing her studies and getting back on her own feet
Is it just me or was yall uncomfortable too? Ik its a really sad reality for a lot of girls but him being the same as those old men taking advantage of her being the male love interest is odd.
