He sent him to murder an entire community knowing if he didn’t it’d be treason and not only would the duke die BUT all his workers, family, and close associates would too as it’d be an act of treason against the king. Which also takes it away from your Nazi analogy where you said one German would die if he didn’t go along with it here everyone dies as that’s how medieval tyrannical kings rule.
