going on and the weird guy was being framed by the girl? Maybe she's using her popularity to ostracise this guy, that's why he keeps muttering "I'll kill you"... Maybe he wants to kill the girl that ruined his life... Either it's a terrible misunderstanding and the girl is actually a fake and trashy person, or the guy is actually horrible and our MC is just dumb. But I can't trust anyone in this manga anymore since everyone seems to be mental LMAO

I don't understand Haruki's thought process with the new guy. I can sort of understand how he came to the other conclusions from the past stuff, but this one? I mean, he blatantly committed attempted rape and the girl isn't even trying to hide it, she just says she forgave him. Everyone around him, too, has mentioned he even got criminal charges, so I guess I just can't wrap my head around this one. He went from being a "Selfless" character to being just a stupid idiot.
