okay i managed to finish it. i think i like him JUST A LITTLE BIT now.
the romance still sucks though, i wanted to see the dungeon scenes more than the two of them together
He's restorer not a fighter, he wasn't even suppose to be inside of a dungeon and you think he'll suddenly become athletic or combat efficient. He isn't even a damsel in distress, he was one of the mvps when they clear the dungeons by controlling his surrounding and that takes a strategic brain skills. You can even see the artist showing him analysing the dungeons in detail before they go on a raid.
obviously I'm not talking about inside the dungeon. he was literally kidnapped, poisoned, or had some sort of terrible thing happen to him
And in all of them, he wanted to gladly die
tbh i blame the author for making him suffer just to make the ML his knight in shining armor and to give room for romance...which still comes off as forced

I honestly saw it as the exact opposite, it was to show the ML losing control and becoming aware of his feelings and being more desperate NOT being his "knight" or whatever. I think that was the intention too, considering the last one Yiswon was the one that saved them both
ahhajahsjdj yiseon is so unlikable. i guess i expected too much but can he just use his brain for once and stop being a damsel in distress!!???? why was he not given at least one skill to protect himself... he's no J or seo chaeyoon but god just keep him out of trouble for once
