SPOILERS : he’s mentally insane basically everything you think you know isn’t true he wasn’t caught being gay by his dad or anything he went to christmas or something with his family and basically asked for a boyfriend for christmas and keep in mind his family is extremely religious so..and he’s not excluded from his family they just don’t like him becoz he’s crazy and abusive i’m pretty sure he dislocated mcs arm bc mc confronted his family and ml was all acting like he was scared of them when in reality he’s just spoiled and a funny moment is when mc was talking to yohans sister she says he had a lower iq and adhd and they made fun of him for it when he was younger!

I am reading the novel so here are the spoilers:
1) Yohan has always been abused, ostracized and rejected by his family for his homosexuality. He is extremely afraid of his father.
2) when Jun guessed the situation, and tried to help his situation by "butting in", and introduced himself to his family as a friend, which relived the father since Jun is intelligent and from an influential family, he does appreciate and praise him, saying he wishes to have him as his son.
As i said, Yohan is traumatized and rejected by his family. He doesn't eat with them because they don't him near them
He got a mental breakdown in his room and tried to sexually assault the MC. And he also strangled Jun+ broke his arm which screwed up his studies+ threatened to out him+ bullied him

We can't even be sure if he really is gay since he is pathological liar.

I thought he was a psycho for S.A and bullying the MC and breaking his arm. But it's worse

I haven't read Yohan's pov and the other unlocked chapters, but it turns out that Yohan is a psycho with an obsession over geniuses and has an inferiority complex towards those more intelligent and capable than him.
We're not even sure if he really is gay since he is a pathological liar.
He came out at the dinner table during Christmas to his family. And while his family's not comfortable with it, at least his parents, they don't ostracize him, but they are tired of him because he causes lots of troubles and makes lots of scenes.
