Similar I can think of are Inso's Law, July Found By Chance and I'm Stuck In a Crazy Drama.
Lmao inso's law is farrr different from this, I disagree
But it is similar in a sense that the MC became "aware" that she's just a character in a novel. If you have any recommendations, then just say it.
