I think you‘re in the earlier chapters right now. It‘s the world-building part. Later, there are explicit scene that take up to 3-5 chapters. HOWEVER, they‘re pretty much r*pe/non consensual. The relationship between the MC and ML is not supposed to be romanticized. It‘s toxic from start to finish. I‘m not sure if you‘re continuing to read the manhwa, but if you‘re looking for some jerk off material, drop this. Go read BJ Alex or something that‘s considered "sexy" to you

This doesn't have enough of romantic or sexual events to be remotely considered smut. Its a political drama with a couple of x-rated scenes sprinkled in. And it's not even scenes that are sexy at all... The plot is also very convoluted. Not sure if that's an adaptation issue. But it feels like military and politics by an author who doesn't really understand either.
