Its not only the fact hosik would be coming out but also the fact that he, as a man is able to get pregnant and had 2 kids, which in this world seems like a new thing and pregnant man are treated like some type of alienated creature. In the first chapters hosik rection to pregnant man seems to be the norm and later on when he had a big belly and some children questioned him about it

Hosik dude u need to get your shit together just admit u got married to a dude like- bro Hosik has kids and is married just admit it why r u putting that example for your kids... idk I'm just really pissed off when characters do this (I'm projecting let me be) like its hard i understand like in front of a crowd and stuff, and like experiencing homophobia and stiff but literally u are not just married, u have kids... wtf r they gonna say to teachers when Hosik can't admit that he is married and have kids what, like hosik needs to be able to make an example and omfg so many writers just dismiss this because well i mean can't expect much from writers who are mainly hetero woman like they don't usually fix it because they don't think it's a big problem, they can sometimes but they just can't write it that well usually. Like this story is fluffy and cute, its not overly cringe, i wouldn't say its that realistic, probably not at all compared to actually representation written mlm books, but it doesn't show really any shit abt the actual experience of being gay. Like this is why i say yaoi (its literally just a term for bl books that have sex but its just fetishization of gay men, like who actually says that about gay books that have smut that's literally the title, not yaoi, and BL its like ehhhh, it depends really its a genre but its targeted towards woman who fetishize being gay, but there are some books that have actual rep and stuff) and BL are different from MLM its literally these are genres targetted to woman who like to read this shit (mind you i am a woman, but would i actually think og gay people this way? No tf, and do i say this is realistic shit and amazing or just a good romance story? It depends but mainly no. It's like wholesome the story but its really just hah... anyways i went on a rant because so man authors just dont think it's worth fixing, LITERALLY ONE OF THE BIGGEST THINGS TO OVERCOME WHEN UR GAY. Anyways most of these authors are hetero woman who sexualise, fetishize shit which is why most of these reps are shit, or none at all.
