Being older and physically stronger doesn’t always mean you can stop rape. I was SA by someone and I was much stronger than them but couldn’t fight back because of the shock and pain. Sorry about your experience but we are talking about a 6'0, 36yo MAN with a VERY muscled build. My mom is a very physically strong woman and she got SA'd, i know exactly what you're talking about.
