Wooyeon had no idea about these two so revenge was just an excuse of inseob just to see his crush once again wooyeon had his own problems at the time he went to hospital for long cuz of his mental illness his family discarded him in mountains in Korea locked up he escaped and reach acting industry of those two ceos and wooyeon made his fresh image and new life in korea where nobody knows his past wooyeon was right of his own for keeping inseob by his side he cannot trust the evidence he keep and sell him to media. I don't know what's problem with people but inseob is also equally responsible for his actions as much as wooyeon is.
Yeah, that another thing as well. The entire transition of Wooyeon is just frankly lacklustre, his story doesn’t really much explain anything about him except that he’s a psychopath. If you analyze it he goes from Football Quarterback -> Mental Patient -> Esteemed Actor. It’s completely ridiculous and is honestly just bad writing.
Also Inseob is so crazy asf, his revenge story is so stupid and delusional. He believes that Wooyeon was the ultimate cause of Jennie’s death despite him not even knowing them . I feel like Inseob’s 2 brain cells weren’t connecting for several years.
This work is so cringy, like be so fr. Everyone in this story is delusional asf, at first I only blamed Wooyeon because of all of the abuse and rape and not to mention his behaviour as an asshole that supposedly excused because he is a sociopath??? But anyways, Peter and Jennie are also delusional asf, like the whole thing with the letter and them believing it like of course you’re being fucked with. Like… Wooyeon clearly had a girlfriend in high school and you didn’t even physically talk to him so why would he be sending Jennie letters? Also Jennie a bitch honestly like Peter even believed her delusions and then Peter faces the brunt of the humiliation.
Also, I feel like this is the type of story the that the shy kid in school writes about as secret fan fiction with the most popular guy in school, because that’s what it’s giving and it just seems desperate and cringe. Also this story is so unnecessarily long. Like the novel is an entire saga about their relationship that is frankly resolved within the first couple books.
Not only that, this author has some serious problems with how they portray people. Like the majority of the women in this novel is used to mention Wooyeon’s past relationship or current relationship with women. Even throughout the novel he consistently mentions during sex with Peter how he compares to women he has been with which is just unsettling. Also this author is racist, I forgot which part specifically but they inserted something about hating Chinese people which is just so unnecessary and it didn’t even add anything to the story.
