Just because he's been humanized doesn't change the fact that he was a horrible human being, and for once an author acknowledges that with her ending and forced accountability on the character. Because actions have consequences regardless of time have passed.

- shoving Siwoo so hard he falls, and his head bleeds
- using Siwoo's family as blackmail, threatening their safety if Siwoo doesn't listen
- abusing, cheating on, and passing Suha around
- getting naked and mounting a patient-who's injured because of him, and has repeatedly expressed that he does not like you
so... character development where? i've seen nothing but selfishness until the end. he doesn't give a shit what Siwoo thinks.
