Yeah... If u see the grown up versions of the kids, all of them - Shizuku, Minato and Aoi - are 100% Hazuki.
Vol 1, chap 4, page 8... Baby Shizuku is female version of Aoi, who himself is baby Hazuki's carbon copy.
