[SPOILER] also, mitch (mc) is extremely fucking intolerable for me & i have genuine fucking eoyepseo (so ridiculous you j laugh) feelings towards him because of the final chapters where he had ml (ed) re-live his fucking trauma out of the blue. that was genuinely fucking stupid, uncalled for, & extremely selfish. this isn't j some past ex memories of going to a favourite spit together. this is re-living the day his ex died by his hands (not exactly, but that's how ed feels). like are you fucking fr rn? & j something so ridiculously icky about wanting to practically completely erase such an important person to your partner who died. being jealous & insecure fine, but this is crossing the fucking line
ed (ml) is a piece of fucking work himself, but he's the only tolerable character here who i believe has a reasonable explanation to (some of) his actions. he only began reacting like a child who didn't wanna communicate after being denied 6283728 times, being silently rejected because mitch didn't bother clarifying his relationship with rick, etc. like he has actions that are bonkers too, but at least in the latter half, i felt like he had Reasonable explanation. the other characters though j feel too insufferable & wishy washy. mitch (mc) is the most wishy washy - he pushes & pulls, always needs time to think while being dragged left & right during the thinking period & never actually doing any thinking, j sweeping things under the rug while more things pile up that he never really addresses until it explodes in his face. he believes others so easily, but takes 266492 years to actually start wanting to listen to ed - & that was only after someone else told him to. like where in the world is your communication skills? you've been in other relationships before & it sounds like both of you were the problem atp. melissa (ml's friend) should've shut up in the beginning & her lack for tact is j? my god. she says she feels sorry too, but she only felt so after horrible damage has been done - which was frankly foreseeable if she actually knew & cared about ed as a best friend, instead of holding onto what she wished their trio still was. she makes me feel like she's the one who hasn't moved on from their trio friendship with jaee & wanted to hold onto it until it was practically destroying ed if she didn't. rick (2nd ml) is intolerable because he's fucking ugly & fucking pushy. mitch was weird because he j lets himself be pulled around by rick & allat, but it's j ridiculous to me how rick acted, knowing damn well mitch still liked ed - which, to me, would be so obvious if he actually cared about mitch instead of whatever idea he had about mitch. he's also intollerable because it's disappointing - he showed potential to j be the yearning best friend who confesses but wishes the best for mitch, but his character j became so dramatically bonkers in the latter half - which is crazy, because this manhwa is only 24 chapters. only good character i liked was jaee but that's because his entire story is being dead
