I read this long time ago. I think it's a side story of some manga. It's about a clan that reproduce by biting other people thus makes them able to be pregnant as the clan only consist of males(?) and it is forbidden to bite the clan people as symbol of trust. But the mc in love with his friends which also from the same clan and did the taboo.
