This is a belated April Fool's joke! You mean Final S2, right?

For some reason mangago never posts the topics I create so I’ll just paste what I wanted to say in the replies.

For what I can understand after checking the raws and even the official twitter account of the art studio in charge, there was no announcement of chapter 48 being the final chapter. In the raws, the announcement of chapter 48 (uploaded march 5th 2025) stated that they will rest and reorganize and will be back (though there’s no specified date), and the Korean comments are also not showing any signs of frustration with how season 2 ended either. It is only the English officials that stated chapter 48 as finale, which is definitely confusing, because at this point it’s miscommunication or there’s something going on behind the scenes that they decided outright not to announce it to the readers

Ok super bad news, sorry for getting your hopes up in my previous reply but I’m pretty sure it’s officially just axed…

Manga updates is a really reliable website so if even they say it’s cancelled then that’s that. I was only someone hopeful because previously it was stated that the series was in hiatus, I guess tappytoon has officially announced its cancellation recently so they updated the manhwa’s status to being axed.

But looking back, if it was a typical hiatus for preparation of the next season, they would’ve just left us at a cliffhanger and made us suffer, but this series actually gave us someone of a closure? I think they kind of tried to give us a sense of an ending by slapping that wedding dress scene as the final panel ╮(￣▽￣)╭.

Also kind of off topic, but I have experienced a 3 year wait before lol, but it was due to controversy of the artist in charge and everyone thought it was over for real but then suddenly 3 years later they brought in a new artist to finish up the series (title is Dear Benjamin).

Kind of off topic though I have waited for a manhwa (Dear Benjamin) for 3 years lol. Everyone thought it was cancelled for good due to controversy about the artist in charge but then they found a new artist to finish up the series 3 years later so you really never know how things go, but truly that was a super rare occurrence. I think it’s best that you just don’t wait for this series unless they miraculously decided to bring it back.

I won’t be holding out any more hope that the manhwa will continue. At least I have certainty now. Still, it’s really a shame that they canceled the story. One should really finish what they started, especially with such a promising plot. (╥_╥)
